Sculpture

“Sculpture is my conversation with myself… a question and answer, a question and answer,” says Liudmyla Davydenko. After graduating from the art academy, she translated her ceramic experience into painting, though ceramics continued to shape her creative process. In 2017, she returned to working with chamotte, weaving emotions in volume. Since then, she has been developing painting and sculpture in parallel, interconnected through her signature use of lines and plexuses, yet each piece remains distinct.
